Return Exchange and Refund Policy

We strive to give you a seamless shopping experience every time you shop with us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made the exchange process super easy for you.

All products purchased from All USA Jackets can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Simply notify us of your exchange intention within 7 days of delivery!

A product is viable for exchange as long as the product is in sealable condition and is unused or unwashed with the original tags and price labels attached along with the proof of purchase. Your proof of purchase is either a receipt or an online confirmation email. Both are acceptable.

However, we will be unable to process your exchange request if:

  • The colors of the actual item may be slightly different due to photographic lighting sources therefore products are not eligible for changes based on this particular reason.
  • Customized items are neither refundable nor exchangeable
  • Anything is missing from the package i.e. price tag, labels, and order invoice, you cannot return, refund, or exchange the product
  • If you want to return the item you have to pay shipping cost. Additionally, you are responsible for covering the initial postage cost that we paid. Even though we provide free shipping to our customers, it’s not free for us.
  • The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame (7 days)

How do I apply for the return?

Upon the acceptance of a change request, the customer will be notified by our customer service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Do you provide Refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not provide cash refunds. However, if we cannot offer an exchange or any other solution, a refund may be considered.
For refunds, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy for Outfits:

All USA Jackets reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, defects found in quality control, or declined credit/debit card payments by the issuing financial institution.

On the other hand, if the customer wants to cancel the order:

You may cancel the order anytime before processing, once the product is shipped, you will get tracking information and our exchange policy will apply.

  • Cancelling a jacket order within 3 days involves a 25% deduction on the jacket’s amount.
  • If you decide to cancel within 7 days a 45% deduction applies to the full amount.
  • No cancellations are accepted after 7 days of order verification.

Custom Duties

Each country has its laws for taxes. To help buyers, we mark our shipments as free shipping and send them as gifts to reduce the chance of paying extra fees. But remember there may still be shipping charges for all shipments or items.
